Cinnamon Bun

To Make GF

200g (3/4c + 4tsp) Buttermilk

75g (1/4c + 1Tbsp) Oil

1 Extra Large Egg

  • Pour wet ingredients into mixing bowl, then contents of bag

  • Mix on medium for 5 mins (dough hook is best)

  • Cover bowl & leave over night for easier handling. (we almost always make ours right away)

Pre-heat oven to 350℉ (177℃)

  • Flour your surface well, do not knead, roll dough out in to a 12"x12" square. Brush butter over dough. Sprinkle with cinnamon (1-2 Tbsp) and brown sugar (2-4 Tbsp) or to taste. Roll up dough then cut into 1" thick rolls place loosely into a 9"x9" pan

  • Place in middle rack, bake for 10-15mins or until golden brown and bubbling.

  • Add your favourite icing if desired and enjoy. 

  • Makes 12 Cinnamon Buns. Freeze any left overs to enjoy at a later date.

Pizza Dough

300ml Water

1/4 c Olive oil

1Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

1 Egg

Put Pizza stone or baking pan in oven & preheat to 550℉ (285℃)

  • add contents of bag to wet ingredients in stand mixer, mix on medium with dough hook until dough pulls away from side 4-5 mins. (if your dough wont pull away from side add a bit of gf flour until it does.

  • Lightly flour surface, roll 1/2 the dough out to 1/4" thickness. Roll up edges for a thicker crust, prick dough with fork before adding toppings. 

  • Put in oven on pizza stone or baking tray. Cook 5-10 Mins or until dark brown.

  • Makes 2 x 12" Pizzas. Freeze any left overs to enjoy at a later date.

Waffle Batter

To Make GF

113g (8Tbsp) Butter

4.5c Milk (use buttermilk for extra flavour)

3 eggs

Pre-heat waffle iron

  • Melt butter, separate eggs (keep both)

  • Whip egg whites in separate bow until stiff peaks, set aside.

  • Mix milk and egg yolks together, add in melted butter. Once mixed add in contents of bag and mix until incorporated. Fold in egg whites

  • Spray heated waffle iron with non-stick spray

  • Laddle in batter and cook until golden brown

  • Melt vegan butter, combine with vegan milk. Once mixed add in contents of bag and mix until incorporated. 

  • Spray heated waffle iron with non-stick spray

  • Ladle in batter and cook until golden brown.

  • Makes 8 Belgian waffles. Freeze any left overs to enjoy at a later date.

8Tbsp Vegan Butter

  • Melt vegan butter, combine with vegan milk. Once mixed add in contents of bag and mix until incorporated. 

  • Spray heated waffle iron with non-stick spray

  • Ladle in batter and cook until golden brown.

  • Makes 8 Belgian waffles. Freeze any left overs to enjoy at a later date.

Vegan Choc Chip Cookie Dough

112g (7 Tbsp) Vegan Butter

1 tsp Vanilla

62g(1.4c) Vegan Milk

  • In a mixer bowl add vegan butter, vanilla and vegan milk - mix with paddle

  • Add all contents of bag and mix until incorporated

  • For best results cover and leave in fridge overnight to let the flavours mingle. Or be like us and put in fridge for 20 mins before cooking

Pre-heat oven to 350℉ (177℃)

  • Put parchment paper or silicon mat on baking sheet (optional)

  • Drop 1TBSP of cookie dough 2" apart onto baking sheet

  • Bake for 5-7 mins or until cookies start to brown for soft & Chewy cookies (or completely golden for a breakable cookie)

  • Let cool and enjoy! Makes 25-30 cookies

Choc Chip Cookie Dough

1 Extra Large Egg

9.5 Tbsp Butter (use browned butter for extra flavour

2 Tbsp shortening or lard

1 tsp Vanilla

  • In a mixer bowl add softened butter and shortening (or lard)- mix with paddle

  • Add all contents of bag and mix until incorporated

  • For best results cover and leave in fridge overnight to let the flavours mingle. Or be like us and put in fridge for 20 mins before cooking

Pre-heat oven to 350℉ (177℃)

  • Put parchment paper or silicon mat on baking sheet (optional)

  • Drop 1TBSP of cookie dough 2" apart onto baking sheet
