
Cinnamon Bun
Pour wet ingredients into mixing bowl, then contents of bag Mix on medium for 5 mins (dough hook is best) Cover bowl & leave over night for easier handling. (we almost always make ours right away)
Pre-heat oven to 350℉ (177℃)
Flour your surface well, do not knead, roll dough out in to a 12"x12" square. Brush butter over dough. Sprinkle with cinnamon (1-2 Tbsp) and brown sugar (2-4 Tbsp) or to taste. Roll up dough then cut into 1" thick rolls place loosely into a 9"x9" pan
Place in middle rack, bake for 10-15mins or until golden brown and bubbling.
Add your favourite icing if desired and enjoy.
Makes 12 Cinnamon Buns. Freeze any left overs to enjoy at a later date.
